Happy New Year, Happy New Decade!

I am so excited about this new year as I am filled with joy.  I don't know about you but I start each new year like this:  New goals, new me....Then I realize I do this every single January 1st.  Time for a drastic change!  As you will receive this the first day of February, know that the following has happened.

Month of January:

• Spoke in one event
• Attended 2 workshops
• Gave out a minimum of 100 business cards while networking
• Met with a business strategist
• Promoted Savons Des îles in Social Media
• Made at least one video uploaded in my YouTube channel

The key word that I wanted to share is that I took "action".  I walked the "talk".  Many times we plan, we say we are going to make a list, but most of the times those lists remain lists!

I am taking action, I am glad I am doing this because actions bring results.  This blog is about action.  I am reaching out to YOU wherever you may be, as I want to bring you into my world, share my passion with you and give you an understanding of the handmade products I manufacture.

But this blog is more about strengthening my relationship with you.  It's more about you understanding why you will purchase a soap, a lotion, a candle or any product from Savons Des îles.

I was once asked by someone if I had a coffee soap bar.  I was traveling at the time and I replied that My coffee bar has to be made with "Haitian Coffee".  

Person X: Why does it have to be Haitian coffee?  Why don't you just say it's Haitian coffee soap bar and use what you find here.

Me: My brand is about luxury, quality and ethics.  I would never sell something and dupe my clients. It is not who I am!  I am Savons Des îles.  

For those that are newly subscribed, I have a "what you see is what you get" type of personality, nothing hidden, always striving for excellence in all I do.  Because Soap making is my passion, because I am always looking for a top quality, well manufactured "anything" you will always get the best in any single product of Savons Des Îles!

I handcraft all the luxuries you see in the product page, if they are out of stock, it is simply because I may be missing one ingredient. Yes, I will not make a product without 100 percent of all items.
